War Cry (Sea)
The crews of medium and heavy can utter a war cry to strike fear into the hearts of their enemies. When activated, the war cry lowers morale and reduces both the attack and the defence ability of the ship they are about to board. The war cry ability works for a short time only before burning out, at which point it is unavailable for a fixed period to limit its exploitability.
