Мододел с ТВЦентра под ником ToonTotalWar собраз с мира по нитке, т.е. лучшие из модов на Наполеон ТВ и создал мега - солянку "All In One Mod". Мод вобрал в себя лучшее из модов как по правке искуственного интеллекта, так и по пакам юнитов. Прежде чем добавить очередной мод, автор тщательно его вылизывает на предмет полной совместимости. Над некоторыми из модов он работал по нескольку месяцев, пока не доводил их до ума.
